Scrub Board- Neal Carrier

Neal Carrier, better known as Zydeco Neal on stage, is 23 years old and resides in Lawtell, La.. He has been performing zydeco music for 15 years and has been with Dikki Du for over a 2 year now. He enjoys riding horses, and Trail riding. He likes to talk on the phone and zydeco dance. He comes from a family of 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Neal dislikes when people go up to him and mistake him for "Hot Dog". He has gained his musical experience at the Offshore Lounge with his father, Roy Carrier, and brother, Troy Carrier. He enjoys traveling around the world with Dikki Du.

Guitar- Guitar Gable Jr. (Pandy) (NEW ADDITION TO THE KREWE)

Gabriel Perrodin Jr. (Stage Name- Guitar Gable Jr. and Nick Name- Pandy) is the guitar player for Dikki Du and Leon Chavis. His father is the Louisiana Hall of Famer better known as Guitar Gable. This man ( Jr.) has played with hundreds of bands from LA and TX such as: The Sam Brothers Five, Rockin Dopsie, Dwayne Dopsie, Beau Jocque, Chris Ardoin, Sean Ardoin, Terry and the Zydeco Bad Boys, Geno Delafose  as well as forming his own band ( Guitar Gable Jr. and the Total Package) just to name a few.

Drums- Greg Gordon

 

Bass- Martin

Martin Bell, better known as Bell on stage, is 38 years old and resides in Lawtell, La. He has been performing for Dikki Du for 10 months now. His hobbies include: doing studio recording, piano, sax, and singing. He is a very spiritual person and enjoys nature. During his time off from the road you can find him meditating, and he also has been doing martial arts for 15 years. He likes soul and oriental food, motorcycles, watching a good movie and music, and church. He dislikes anything sad. When asked how he gained his musical experience, Bell Said " Started singing with my brothers since the age of 4 years old. Picked up different instruments, took it from there 1996-2001 I was signed with Sony Record doing R & B. Before joining THE KREWE, Bell had the opportunity to work with FEMA in New Orleans and that was the best experience he has ever had. He was able to meet Fats Domino in the lower 9th Ward. "Just to help out that musical city, it was great to be there, 2 years." Says Bell.
